Renovations and additions

Most of our calls are from people who already live in the house. We open kitchens, add rooms, rebuild baths, and bring older electrical and plumbing up to the way the house is used now. Historical work keeps the character and replaces the systems that have worn out.

How a job actually runs

    Site visit

    We walk the house with you. No charge, and you get a straight read on what the building can take.

  2. 02

    Plan and proposal

    Preliminary planning, a scope, and a number you can decide on before demolition starts.

  3. 03

    Permits and build

    We pull the permit, schedule the trades, and keep you posted while the house is open.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough

    We hand you the house, then answer the questions that show up once you live in it.
